A 48 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Appointments that are not canceled within 48 hours will have a no show fee. This fee will be $40 for haircut only appointments or 50% of your scheduled service for all color services. Please plan for any extra time you may need to park. Clients more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled and charged a no show fee at stylist discretion. Color and cut services are guaranteed for 14 days. Please notify us immediately if you are unhappy or or require adjustments to your color or cut. Adjustments made to all services can be charged at stylist discretion.
